Your first step into the Stadium experience
Since its reopening in August 2004 around 300,000 visitors annually, from all over the world, flock to the Olympiastadion Berlin on non-event days, turning the five-star stadium into one of Berlin’s top attractions. Visitors can decide whether they want to discover the area on their own or with a knowledgeable tour guide that takes them on the traces of German sports and architectural history in the Olympiastadion Berlin and the Olympiapark Berlin.
During a visit, guests can move around the stadium area freely and enjoy the view from different blocks. There are boards and displays on the stadium grounds that provide information about the history and special features. You can also book multimedia guides that will help you navigate around the site and provide information about the stadium.
You can purchase tickets at the visitor center (Olympischer Platz 3, 14053 Berlin) or via our online shop.
Those who prefer to go on the trail of German sports and architectural history with a competent tour guide can take a look at our guided tours for an overview. Tickets for the tours (some are offered in English) can also be purchased in the visitor center. Since the number of participants for each tour is limited, we recommend buying tickets online in advance.
The Olympiastadion Berlin has been awarded with the Certificate of Excellence by tripadvisor for the fifth time in a row.
