SafeBOXen
In case you have left behind your bag or any other valuable item in the SafeBOXes, you have the option of contacting the service provider directly to report your loss. The service provider usually brings forgotten items back to the next home game of Hertha BSC. Neither Hertha BSC nor any other event organiser or the Olympiastadion Berlin have access to the SafeBOXes. The SafeBOXes will not be stored on stadium grounds after the games. Concerts, festivals, DFB Cup etc.
We keep lost property at the stadium and try to contact the rightful owner if the lost property allows identification. In addition, we store lost and found items to allow the rightful owner the opportunity to collect their belongings from us. We reserve the right to request a precise description of the lost item, the PIN of the smartphone, etc. upon collection in order to prevent misuse.
