Lollapalooza Berlin confirms lineup
Last year’s Lollapalooza festival took place at Hoppegarten race track. This year the festival has finally made it back home – back to Berlin! The Olympiastadion and the Olympiapark Berlin are going to host the 4th edition of the festival!
The location is perfectly connected to the public transport network and event-approved. Visitors can already get excited for an amazing festival ground that they have never seen before! The whole Lollapalooza Terrain will be enchanted in a totally unexpected way.
We are excited to confirm The Weeknd who was awarded a Grammy just recently! Lollapalooza will be his only European appearance in 2018! Hardly any other has put a spell on that many fans and charts in the same way as the Canadian artist.
From the hit machine to the human machine: Kraftwerk’s electric pioneers will captivate festival visitors with their audiovisual show Kraftwerk 3D.
Furthermore we are proud to announce two US-American bands: Imagine Dragons and The National! Lollapalooza Berlin is for both bands the only festival appearance in Germany in 2018! Both of them are known for their excellent live qualities, there is hardly anyone who has not had Imagine Dragons’ ‘Radioactive’ and ‘Thunder’ stuck in their head. The National just received a Grammy for their last masterpiece ‘Sleep Well Beast’.
Another amazing highlight at Lollapalooza Berlin is a local rapper from Berlin: Casper, his last tour was completely sold-out! Get ready to have a great time with Oasis’ mastermind Liam Gallagher, surrounded by fog machines, a lot of confetti, pyrotechnics and sounds turned up to the limit – this is Lollapalooza. Also artists such as David Guetta, Kygo, Armin Van Buuren and Showtek, just the best of the best will make Lollapalooza Berlin an unforgettable experience at the Olympiastadion Berlin!
Check out the lineup: Dua Lipa – currently one of the biggest pop stars on the planet with over a billion views on Youtube and five nominations at the Brit Awards. She will spice up the lineup as well as Circle of Friends, Ben Howard, Rag’n’Bone Man, Years & Years, Lewis Capaldi, The Wombats and Jorja Smith!
Since Lollapalooza always represents musical diversity, urban beats should not be missed this year. RAF Camora & Bonez MC, RIN and SXTN make sure to bring rap and hip hop tunes to the festival as well!
Earlybird tickets are already sold out. A two-day ticket is now available for 139€, day tickets are available for 79€ online. If you are seeking for an exclusive experience, safe your Lolla Experience tickets for 229€ or VIP tickets for 289€. Junior tickets for 11- to 14-year-olds are still on sale for 30€. All prices include pre-sale fees.
