S 25 Berlin

One of Germany’s oldest city races, the S 25 Berlin, will once again lead through the capital on May 14th, 2023. On 10 km, 25 km, the half marathon distance or in the 5×5 km relay, the participants can enjoy the city on foot and as a unique experience, finish the race on the blue track in the Olympiastadion Berlin. Start for all distances will be on the Olympischer Platz, right in front of the stadium. Online registration is open until May 8th, 2022.

Opening stadium grounds: 08:00 a.m.
Starting signal: 10:00 a.m.
Starting signal 5 km: 09:30 a.m.
Starting signal kids run: 10:15 a.m.
End of event: 04:00 p.m.

  • Spectators

    Spectators are admitted without a ticket. Bags will be checked at the entrance. Please bigger than DIN A4 are not allowed on the stadium grounds. Bear in mind that there is no possibility to drop of your luggage.

    In addition to bicycles, the following items may not be brought onto the event site:

    Please do not use the fences at the Olympiastadion Berlin to park bicycles, as these will be removed, but rather the areas on Trakehner Allee. There is an extra storage area for prams and buggies in the kids zone on the event site. Please bring a lock to lock the stroller!

    Missing Persons Office
    The meeting point for lost people is located in the kids zone.

    Local public transport
    The following lines will bring you close to the Olympiastadion:

    U-Bahn
    The underground train (U-Bahn) U2 takes you directly to the station U Olympia-Stadion. It’s only a short walk from there to the stadium (East Gate entrance: 500m, South Gate entrance: 870m).

    S-Bahn
    The above ground train (S-Bahn) S3 and S9 takes you directly to the station S Olympiastadion. It’s only a short walk from there to the stadium (South Gate entrance via exit Flatowallee: 200 m, East Gate entrance via exit Trakehner Allee: 250m). 

    Bus
    With the bus lines M49 or 218 you can reach the stop Flatowallee. It’s only a short walk from there to the stadium. With the bus line 104 you can reach the underground station U Neu-Westend. From there you can either walk directly to the stadium or take the underground train and exit at the station U Olympia-Stadion.
